What does physical wellness mean? Does it mean you have the perfect body? Does it mean you never get sick? Eat 100% organic, homemade foods all the time? Does it mean you will live to be 100?
It probably doesn’t mean all of those things above, but physical wellness can and should include taking care of our bodies to the best of our ability. We only have one body. And most of us would agree that we want to live a long and healthy life. We’d like to avoid as much illness, pain, and immobility as possible, right?
My goal is to help busy moms be able to achieve as much physical wellness as possible, without taking a huge amount of time and effort. I don’t believe in diets or that you should have to work out an hour or more a day 7 days a week.
I DO believe in a lifestyle of overall healthy eating and consistent exercise. This can look different for everyone, but for me my goal is as much clean eating as possible (minimizing processed foods) and exercising 3-4 times per week, plus attempting to stay active in general.

Another aspect of physical wellness, which is often overlooked, is the products you are using in your home and on your body. Things such as household cleaners, body washes, soaps, etc, can all contain potentially harmful ingredients. They can affect our breathing, immune system, reproductive system, and more.
Part of my journey to physical wellness has also been finding a way to reduce the toxins that I am exposed to on a daily basis. I have found a manufacturer that I trust for the majority of products I use in my home and on my body each and every day. If you want to know more about that, feel free to contact me.
